Payments

How Payments Work

By signing up, you authorize us to collect payments via SEPA direct debit. This means your bank will automatically pay the fees on the dates agreed.

  • The registration fee is non-refundable and can be paid via Bizum or bank transfer.

  • Payments are quarterly and will be collected during the first week of October, January, and April.

  • No cancellations are accepted, but if your child misses a class, they can make it up on another school day or Saturday.

  • If you decide to withdraw, please notify us 15 days in advance to avoid being charged for the next term.

  • Payments already made cannot be refunded if your child leaves mid-term.

  • If a bank payment is returned, you will need to cover any bank fees and make the payment directly.

Classes and Holidays

  • Each group has 11 classes per term.

  • The studio is closed on national holidays and on studio-chosen holidays, but not on school-specific free days or local holidays.

  • Please check the calendar to keep track of closures.

Photography

We do not take photos of students, only their artwork, which we may share on Instagram or our website.
